Here are the answers to some of our most commonly seen support requests.

NOTE: Our main goal at Educated Patients is to help your practice grow and prosper! Every request that comes in is reviewed by the support team to be 100% sure that the requested change will be advantageous to your practice, helping you to grow and prosper. If we feel that your request is not beneficial, we will reach out to you explaining our position, as well as work with you to find a solution that IS beneficial.

I would like to make a small change...

To request small changes, adjustments, or updates to your website, simply send an email to Support@EducatedPatients.com! From there, your email will go into our support ticketing system automatically and will get handled by a member of our team!

I would like to add a video to my website...

To add a video to your website, first you must have handy the video that you would like to add. If your video is already on Youtube, you can simply send a link to that video to Support@EducatedPatients.com and tell us where you would like us to place that video on your website. If your video is not already on Youtube, you will need to upload your video to Basecamp so that we can take it from there. I would like to add a photo to my website...

To add a photo to your website, simply send an email to Support@EducatedPatients.com! Make sure to attach the images you would like added, as well as where you would like for us to place those images on your website.

I would like to add an Event or Coupon to my website...

To have an event or coupon added to your website, simply send an email to Support@EducatedPatients.com letting us know the details of the event, coupon, or special, as well as where you would prefer to have the new information added to your website! Be sure to include / attach any and all assets that may be necessary, such as the coupon or flyer itself.

I would like to add a testimonial to my website...

To have a new testimonial added to your website, first see if you testimonial is text, or if it is a video. If it is text, all you have to do is send an email to Support@EducatedPatients.com and include the testimonial itself, as well as the name of the reviewer. If the testimonial is a video and has already been put onto Youtube, simply send us the link to the video and we’ll be sure to get it added! If the testimonial is a video and has not been uploaded to the web, you will need to that by uploading it to Basecamp so that we can gain access and upload the video to Youtube for you, as well as placing it onto your website. I would like to have a new email address created...

To have a new email address created, all it takes is one quick email to Support@EducatedPatients.com telling us who the email address is for, and what you would like the email address to be. For example: You would like a new email address setup for Jane Doe, and you like the email address to be JDoe@YourPractice.com. We will then create the email address with a temporary password, and you will recieve an email with when the account is live, and what the temporary password is. Make sure that you change the password once you have access!
